We have perused the orders passed earlier.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.7 submits that the State authorities had suspended the respondent no.7 from service. Learned APP has placed on record two reports, which are taken on record and marked "X" colly.

On instructions from the police officer present in court, learned APP submits that within four weeks the investigation would be completed. The investigation is being carried out under the supervision of the Superintendent of Police.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
