Heard Mr. Sherekar, learned Counsel for petitioner, Ms Dhond, learned Counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 and Mr. Dabke, learned Counsel for respondents No.4 to 6. 2.

Mr. Sherekar states that petitioner, Mahmood Mahboob Shaikh is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of his Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from the petitioner, Mr. Sherekar states that petitioner is not pressing the Contempt Petition and the same may accordingly be disposed of.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Sherekar, Contempt Petition is disposed of as not pressed. Order accordingly.
