Our attention is invited to the order dated 18th November 2016 passed by this Court in criminal PIL No.20 of 2016. The prayers in the present PIL and the PIL No.20 of 2016 are more or less similar. The grievance is in respect of the same scheme but in respect of different village i.e village Girgaon.

Accordingly, we direct that this PIL is disposed of in terms of the paragraphs 1 to 4 of the order dated 18th November 2016 passed in criminal PIL No.20 of 2016.
