By order dated 23/06/2021, the Applicant was released on cash bail with directions to furnish surety within eight weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the time to furnish surety has lapsed. He submits that the Applicant had filed several praecipes for listing the Application for extension of time, the same was not listed. He further submits that the Applicant will furnish surety within a period of 10 days.

In view of the said statement, time to furnish surety is extended by 10 days. It is made clear that failure to furnish surety within the 1/2
