P.C.:- Heard. By this petition, the Petitioner is challenging the show cause notice issued by the Respondent No.2-Collector. The show cause notice is issued on the basis of the complaint of the Respondent No.3. It is stated that the dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.3 is pending in the civil court. Furthermore, the impugned notice only being a show cause notice, the Petitioner has ample opportunity to reply the notice and raise all grounds including the maintainability of the complaint filed by the Respondent No.3. The Respondent No.2-Collector shall thereafter take appropriate decision. 2.

Subject to above, we are not inclined to interfere in this Megha 1/2
