In the aforesaid background and considering the reasons cited in the order dated 31st August, 2021, ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.750 of 2021 registered with MIDC Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC, he shall be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
