On 27th March, 2018, this Court passed the following Order : "1. The documents deposited by the Respondent in Criminal Misc. Application No. 1042 of 2016 filed by the Applicant under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solapur, shall forthwith be forwarded to the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay. Upon receipt of the said documents, the Registrar General shall place the said documents before this Court.
2. The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune shall submit his report confirming that the documents submitted by the Complainant in Regular Criminal Case No. 195 of 2016, have been destroyed in his presence as well as in the presence of the Accused. The report to be submitted within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a

3. The Respondent has tendered an unconditional apology for his conduct set out in the Praecipe dated 20th February, 2018. He undertakes that he shall not repeat such conduct in future. His apology as well as his undertaking are accepted with a warning that if he repeats such conduct in future, the Court will be constrained to take stern action against him. His father, who is present in Court also assures the Court that his son - the Respondent herein shall not breach the undertaking given to this Court.
4. Stand over to 11th April, 2018 at 2.30 in Chambers for directions. "

The Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pune has submitted the report dated 17th April, 2018, wherein it is stated that the photographs annexed in the case bearing RCC No. 195 of 2016, were destroyed in the presence of both the parties and their respective Advocates and acknowledgement purshis, is at Exhibit-18 on record. 3.
As far as the documents deposited by the Respondent in Criminal Misc. Application No. 1042 of 2016 filed by the Applicant under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Solapur are concerned, the District Judge-3, Solapur has under cover of his letter dated 7th April, 2018, forwarded to the Court office certain documents and a compilation of 12 photographs filed which were submitted by the Respondent, to the Court. All the 12 photographs as well as the contents of the Pen Drive which was retained by the Court, are destroyed in the presence of the Advocates for the parties. The other documents, which are not required to be destroyed, are directed to be kept in the custody of this
