This is an application for extension of time of 4 weeks to complete the procedure of accepting surety.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court he has already submitted surety and the verification process by the concerned surety is at final stage and for that a period of 4 weeks is required. 3.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the period for completing the procedure for furnishing surety is hereby extended by 6 weeks from today as a last chance.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms as a last chance.
