This Application is moved for relaxation of condition which is imposed by this Court in the order dated 20th February, 2013 while granting pre-arrest bail in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1019 of 2012. This Court directed the applicants not to leave India without previous permission of the Court.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that these three applicants are members of Rishi Sanskruti Vidya Kendra, Retreat Charitable Trust. A conference under the name of Vishwa Hriday Sammelan is organized at Combodia in the month of October and 1 / 2
Prod1.APPP584_2015.doc November. Therefore, permission is sought to leave India from 21st October, 2015 to 9th November, 2015 to attend the conference. 3.
Learned APP submitted that the applicants be directed to submit their detailed programme in the police station and they should inform the police after their return.

In view of the submissions and the reasons mentioned in the Application, permission to leave India to attend the conference, namely, Vishwa Hriday Sammelan at Combodia is granted. The applicants are allowed to leave India from 21st October, 2015 to 9th November, 2015 on the conditions mentioned herein below:
a) The applicants shall deposit the photocopies of their to and fro tickets and the programme of their conference with Paud Police Station, Pune.
b) The applicants shall give the address of the conference at Combodia.
c) The applicants shall inform the concerned police station on their return.

The Application stands disposed of.
