Pursuant to an order dated 8th July, 2016, passed by this Court, the learned arbitrator Mr.Makarand D. Keskar, Retired Principal District & Sessions Judge, Nashik has filed statement of disclosure under section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and is accepted.

There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties. Mr.Makarand D. Keskar, Retired Principal District & Sessions Judge, Nashik is appointed as a sole arbitrator. 3.

Arbitration Petition No.53 of 2015 is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
