2.
Learned counsel for the Applicant has briefly pointed out to us the developments before the Vacation Court on 24th May, 2015. He states that in so far as the present Applicant is concerned, period of 90 days expired on 29th May, 2015 and he moved application for grant of bail on 5th June, 2015. That application was then adjourned to opening day i.e. 8th June, 2015 and thereafter as charge-sheet was filed, the Court below waited for allotment of matter to it. After the matter was assigned to it and was taken up for hearing, the impugned developments came to the notice of the present Applicant. 3.
In the light of these developments which are on record and are supported by the documents, the learned APP states that she should
PNP 2/2 APPA842-29.7 be given time to obtain instructions. She points out that papers are received by her in Court only.
As the developments are demonstrated on the strength of documents, we condone the delay. Registry to register the Appeal. (A.S. Gadkari, J.) (B.P. Dharmadhikari, J.)
