Apprehending arrest on a report lodged by the complainant, applicant sought pre-arrest bail without annexing the copy of the FIR registered against him. The learned Sessions Judge declined prearrest bail. As such, he is before this Court.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the FIR was registered on 11.12.2020.

In view of these submissions by the APP, let applicant file a fresh pre-arrest bail application before the learned Sessions Judge, annexing copy of the FIR. If such an application is made, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide it on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three days from the date of filing the application. The application is disposed off in aforesaid terms.

It is clarified that this Court has not heard the application on merits.
