This is an Application for relaxation of the condition imposed upon the Applicant by this Court by its order dated 3rd June 2016. That the Applicant was directed not to leave the jurisdiction of this Court during the pendency of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 929 of 2016. The record discloses that on the earlier occasion, the Applicant had filed Criminal Application No. 426 of 2016 and by an Sharayu.

904-APPP-545-16.doc order dated 21st June 2016, this Court had granted permission to the Applicant to leave the jurisdiction of this Court and to visit Delhi and other places in India on stipulated dates. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 21st June 2016, the Applicant had visited those places and did not breach any of the conditions imposed upon him.

The learned APP fairly conceded to this position. In view of the same, the Applicant is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of this Court and to visit his native place at Gurgaon, Delhi (NCR) upto 21st September 2016.

The Applicant is hereby directed to return to Mumbai on or before 21st September 2016. After the Applicant returns to Mumbai, the Applicant to report the said fact to the Investigating Officer.
