The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.141 of 2022 registered with Shikrapur Police Station, District - Pune (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 332, 504 and 506 IPC. 2.

The applicant was already granted ad-interim protection pursuant to which he has co-operated in the investigation. 3.

APP, on instructions, has stated that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. Report submitted by learned APP to that effect is taken on record.

That being so, ad-interim protection granted earlier is continued. 5.
