ORDER :

The only prayer as made by the Petitioner is that the Respondent shall consider the Petitioner's claim for provisional promotion pending decision on the application before the Caste Scrutiny Committee. 2.

We are inclined to dispose of the present petition by directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's claim for a provisional promotion in accordance with law and concerned Rules, till the application of the Petitioner in regard to the validity of the caste certificate is decided by the

pvr 2/2 43wp7126-15 Caste Scrutiny Committee. A decision in that regard shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
