By order dated 17-9-2018 passed in the above Writ Petition we had directed the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to inform us as within what time a decision would be taken as regards the proposal of the Petitioner which is pending since the year 2012. The Learned AGP Mrs. Shinde on the basis of the written instructions of the Respondent No.2 states that a decision would be taken in respect of the pending proposal of the Petitioner within 3 months from date.

The time frame which has been mentioned by the Learned AGP is not acceptable to us especially having regard to the fact that the proposal is pending since the year 2012. We therefore dispose of the above Writ Petition mmj

wp-7364-18(48).doc by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal of the Petitioner latest by 30-11-2018. We make it clear that no extension would be sought for, nor granted by this court.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Put up for compliance on 4-12-2018.
