Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, applicant has filed other two applications i.e. Criminal Application No. 894/2019 and 895/2019. In view of filing of such applications and there were certain mistakes in the present application he seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to agitate grounds taken in the present application on merits in two other applications. 2.
