ORDER:

In the nature of order we propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the Respondents.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proceeding being Case No.40/3/2009 is not being decided by the Wakf Board, though by order dated 3 April 2012 the matter was remitted back to the Wakf Board by the Wakf Tribunal and there is an order of status quo which is affecting the Petitioner.

In the circumstances, since the proceedings are pending since the year 2009, we direct the Wakf Board to decide Case No.40/3/2009 expeditiously and in any event within six months from today. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) (A.A. SAYED, J.) katkam 1/1
