I have been taken through the affidavit of evidence of the complainant, and more particularly paragraph no.2 thereof. I have also gone through the cross-examination of the complainant. I have been taken through the impugned judgment and more particularly paragraph no.15 thereof.

The Application for leave to Appeal be treated as a Memo of Appeal and be numbered accordingly.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The respondent no.1 shall execute a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- before the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the service of notice on her.
