I have been taken through the affidavit of evidence of the complainant, and more particularly paragraph no.2 thereof. I have also gone through the cross-examination of the complainant. I have been taken through the impugned judgment and more particularly paragraph no.15 thereof.

Leave granted.

The Application for leave to Appeal be treated as a Memo of Appeal and be numbered accordingly.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The respondent no.1 shall execute a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- before the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the service of notice on her. Hearing of the Appeal is ordered to be expedited. Liberty to either of the parties to move the Court for getting the date of the final hearing fixed after receipt of the paper book.
