The facts of the present applications are similar to the facts of the Application No.315/15 in which leave to Appeal has just now been granted.

Leave granted.

The Applications for leave to Appeal be treated as a Memo of Appeal and be numbered accordingly.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. Appeals are admitted.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The respondent no.1 shall execute a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each before the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the service of notice on her. Hearing of the Appeals is ordered to be expedited. Liberty to either of the parties to move the Court for getting the date of the final hearing fixed after receipt of the paper book.
