Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the suits are valued below Rs.1 crore and hence, they are to be transferred to the District Court, Nasik, in view of the recent notification issued by the Law and Judiciary 1 / 3

Department, Government of Maharashtra under Maharashtra Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2015 bearing No.CCS.2014/C.R.25/D19 dated 31.8.2015.

In view of the above notification which has come into effect from 1.9.2015, both the Appeals alongwith Civil Applications, are transferred to District Court, Nasik. Registrar (Judicial) to take note of the same and do the needful by 9.10.2015. Parties to appear before the District Court, Nasik on 15.10.2015. Interim orders, if any, to continue till then. 3.

The appeals and the applications are disposed of as transferred. 4.
