This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of the Respondent No.27 on record. It is stated that, the Respondent No.27 expired on 4th November 2016. There is a delay of 125 days in filing the present Application.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, the legal heirs of the Respondent No.27 have been duly served and Affidavit of Service dated 9th February 2018 to that effect has been filed. Despite service, none-appears for the Respondent Nos.27A and 27B.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 and Mr. Bandiwadekar, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.7 to 18 have no serious objection for allowing the present Application.

For the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (c) and (d). 5.
