The above Civil Application has been filed for two fold reliefs, first relief is that the Applicant be permitted to join the proposed Respondent as Respondent No.5. The second relief sought is that the termination order dated 31-8-2016 issued to Mr. Sanjay Kamble whose services were protected on account of the interim order dated 7-7-2005 in the above Writ Petition, the said termination be set aside. Having regard to the fact that there was an interim order dated 7-7-2005 operating in the above Writ Petition by which order the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 were directed to maintain status-quo and since it appears that the Respondent No.5 is the successor of the Respondent mmj

caw-1811-17(3).doc Nos.3 and 4, the first prayer i.e. impleadment of the proposed Respondent No.5 can be permitted. The Civil Application for the present is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicant would be entitled to carry out commensurate amendments in the Writ Petition both by adding paragraphs as also prayers having regard to the relief sought in the above Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out within one week from date. On amendment being carried out issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.5 returnable on 22-10-2018.
