The Respondent No. 2 - Complainant is informed to be indispose and the learned Counsel has tried to substantiate the same through a medical certificate which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The complainant has volunteered to pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- to the Police Welfare Fund in addition to an amount of Rs.15,000/- paid by the Applicant - Accused, as for their personal
2/2 Yadav 1.aba.1282.18 differences they have used the police machinery for settling their personal differences. The Demand Draft is handed over to the learned APP. 3.
In the aforesaid background and in view of Affidavit filed by the Complainant, ad-interim relief granted earlier by this Court on 2nd July 2018 stands confirmed. In addition that - (A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 180 of 2018 for an offennce punishable under Sections 392, 384, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicant be released on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/-with one or more sureties in the like amount. (B) The Applicant shall attend the Instigating Officer as and when directed.

Leave to amend the cause title of the present Application is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
