Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that, the petitioners are appointed on the post of 'Peon' in the different schools run by same Management. Learned counsel submits that, proposals for approval of their appointment have been submitted to the Respondent No. 2, however, Respondent No. 2 has not taken a decision on the said proposal.

We direct Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, in accordance with rule/procedure as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the management.
