Learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited by the insurance company before the M.A.C.T. Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 3460 of 2008. Learned Counsel requested to grant stay.

In view of aforesaid submission of deposit of entire decretal amount, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 18th October, 2013 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.3460 of 2008. 3.
