Perused the Interim Application No. 20392 of 2022.

Mr. Railkar, learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that Respondent expired on 07.06.2021.

2.2.

The Applicant seeks impleadment of his legal heirs namely Respondents whose names and details are mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the Interim Application as well as the cause title of the Interim Application.

2.3.

Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title to be served on the other side.

With the above directions, Interim Application No.20392 of 2022 is disposed.
