Learned counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to letters dated 20th August, 2020 and 2nd September, 2020 addressed by Deputy Chief Controller of Explosives thereby informing that the No Objection Certificate issued by the Commissioner of Police has been cancelled. He further states that the LPG License cancelled by the Chief Controller of Explosives by an order dated 21st October, 2020 and also the Petroleum Licence has stood cancelled by an order dated 20th August, 2020 by the Authority.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the subsequent events nothing survive in the Writ Petition. He further states that petroleum licence is also cancelled. Statement is accepted. He seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. Leave as prayed is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
