The learned AGP appearing on behalf of applicant submits that by this Civil Application they are seeking restoration of First Appeal No.1263 of 2014 which stands dismissed in view of conditional order dated 11.01.2019 for non filing of paper book. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent submits that, applicant has already filed paper book. He collected the same from registry. In view of subsequent development, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar
