By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 20.2.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which Civil Application No.3954 of 2017 and 3955 of 2017 stand dismissed against Respondent nos.1 to 6 for non-removal of office objections.

10 cafst18531-18.doc submits that inadvertently, it remained on their part to remove all office objections. He submits that Applicant undertakes to comply the said order on or before 31.8.2019.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

a) Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned. b) Order dated 20.2.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

c) Civil Application No.3954 of 2017 and 3955 of 2017 is restored against respondent nos.1 to 6 on file for hearing on its own merits. d) Applicant to remove all office objections on or before 31.8.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

e) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

f) No order as to costs.
