The Petitioner has written to this Court, as per the letter dated 13th September, 2020 for grant of emergency parole leave. Notice was issued. His request for the same was rejected by the Superintendent of Prison. Later-on, Appellate authority has released him on parole leave as per the Order dated 13th July, 2021.

The copy of communication dated 21.04.2022 addressed by Superintendent Nashik Road Central Prison addressed to learned APP is placed on record. In view of this, the Petition no more survives. Hence disposed of.
