Heard. We have perused the complaint made by the Petitioner addressed to Senior Inspector of Police, D.B.Marg Police Station, Mumbai dated 27 June 2015 and reply given by Police to said letter dated 11 December 2015 (Exhibit-E). Admittedly, two persons namely Dara Nariman Sarkari and Nusli Randelia are not related to the Petitioner. The contention of the Petitioner is that they are not traceable. Petitioner's father was a partner in M/s.Volga Enterprises. M/s.Volga Enterprises had entered into a transaction in connection with land bearing CTS Nos.433 and 438 {Old Survey No.30, Hissa No.4 (Part)} of village Valnai, Taluka Malad on 7 September 1988. Petitioner's father died in the year 2009. The Petitioner raises certain issues concerning the said transaction relating to the said property. In that connection the Petitioner wants to know as to whether these two persons are alive.

We have perused the record. In the facts, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The so called missing persons are no way related to the Petitioner. The petition is rejected. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) (NARESH H. PATIL, J.) MST
