By this application, applicant is seeking to permit them to carry out appropriate amendment in cause title of Writ Petition No.3097 of 2002 as per Schedule to the Petition.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of subsequent development as described in paragraph 3 and 4 of Civil Application now the Coromandal International Ltd. is required to be brought on record instead of applicant org. petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Mohite 1/2

15 caw669-16 subsequent development i.e. Scheme of Amalgamation under section 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and the order dated 22.9.2014 passed by High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in Company Petition No.156 of 2014 and order dated 15.11.2014 passed by High Court of Gujarat in Company Petition No.173 of 2014, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) That Caption to the Petition may please be allowed to be amended as stated in Schedule to the Petition."

B) Amendment be carried out within four weeks from today and amended copy of petition be served on respondents.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
