Mr. Suresh Kamble, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Regular Civil Suit No.87/2017, during the pendency of which, the learned District Judge-1, Kalyan directed the parties to maintain status quo till the decision of Misc. Civil Appeal No.84/2017 which was preferred against the rejection of application for temporary injunction, has itself been withdrawn by the plaintiff.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
