505. caf 2891.19.doc Company is seeking condonation of 175 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging Judgment and Award dated 04/06/2015 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 1589 of 2011. 4.
Learned Counsel for the respondents - claimants submits that they have no objection if delay is condoned. Hence, by consent of parties, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus : "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the present First Appeal." 5.
Civil Application is disposed of.
