This application is preferred seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 21.03.2016 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, Thane in Application (WCA) No.388/C-71 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire compensation amount as awarded by the Trial Court is already deposited on 16.07.2016 with the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation. In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the said Judgment and Award.
