Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. A writ petition filed by the applicant has been dismissed for non prosecution on 1st July 2017. The reasons for dismissing the petition have been set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the civil application.

In view of the said reasons, a case for restoration is made out. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
