By these petitions, petitioner has sought direction of quashment of FIR no.28 of 2019 registered by the respondent No.2 at the instance of respondent No.3 at Lahori Gate Police Station, North Delhi. Since the said FIR is registered at Delhi, and on being informed that this Court may not have a jurisdiction to deal with the same, Shri.Sarogi do not press prayer Clause (b). N.S. He however submit that he has addressed a complaint by his letter dated 20.06.2019 to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai and he seeks a limited relief of issuance of direction to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai to take action on his representation.

As far as prayer clause (a) to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.06.2019 to the Commissioner of Police is concerned, if the Commissioner of Police has not attended to the said representation, he would take a decision thereupon and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of 15 days.

In light of the aforesaid development, the Criminal Writ Petitions are disposed of.
