This petition which challenges the order of detention, when called out for hearing and final disposal, Mrs.Pai appearing on behalf of the Respondents produces a copy of revocation order. The revocation order dated 19th July 2018 revokes the petitioner's detention under the COFEPOSA Act, 1974. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous as nothing survives therein.
