This civil application is taken out by the petitioners to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole petitioner, who died on 27th April, 2015. Civil application is taken out within time. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. Accordingly, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
