This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition, which stood dismissed by a conditional order dated 1st July, 2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl-I), High Court, Bombay, as the Petitioners failed to remove office objections within a period of four weeks granted in the said conditional order.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that although the office objections were removed, but they were not removed within the stipulated period of time. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, the order dated 1st July 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judl-I) is recalled and the Writ Petition is restored.
