This application is preferred by plaintiff for condonation of 54 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the decree dated 29.3.2012 passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in S.C.Suit No.5500 of 2003.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following Mohite 1/2
