Learned Advocate for the parties on instructions states that the applicants and petitioners do not intend to prosecute civil revision application and writ petitions; therefore, they have instructions to withdraw the civil revision application and writ petitions.

The civil revision application and writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the Trial Court shall decide the suit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order. Considering the nature of controversy involved, the Trial Court is directed to decide the suit within 9 months from today.
