The counter-claim preferred by the Non-Applicant/ wife in Petition No. A-1679 of 2019 before the Family Court, Bandra is not pressed. As such, the Family Court, Bandra shall pass consequential order on the said counter claim. The Non-Applicant is personally present in the Court, who is identified by her lawyer. The above statement of the Non-Applicant/wife is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In the aforesaid background, prayer for transfer of proceedings moved by the Applicant/husband on the ground of inconvenience cannot be granted as no hardship will be caused to him. 3.

Apart from above, distance between two Courts where the proceedings are sought to be transferred is very meager i.e. within the same District.
