1) This is an application for modification of condition no. 9 (iii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 27/10/2015 by this Court in Bail Application No. 1679/2015. 2) While releasing the applicant on bail by the said order dated 27/10/2015 the applicant was directed to report the R.C.F. Police Station on every alternative Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since his release from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition and hence the said condition may suitably be modified. In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application, I am inclined to modify the condition No. 9 (iii) dated 27/10/2015.

(a) The condition no. 9 (iii) imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 27/10/2015 in B.A. No. 1679/2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to report to the R.C.F. Police Station on every first Sunday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon;

(b) It is made clear that the other conditions imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 27/10/2015 are not disturbed;
