DATED: 5th JANUARY, 2018 P.C :- The petitioner had complained that that he has made representations with sufficient proof and evidence in respect of an offence of forgery, cheating and violation of the State Emblem of India, Prohibition of Improper Use Act of 2005 by the concerned associations/persons but no action has been taken on such representation.

The petitioner during the course of his arguments before us admitted that the offence, if any, has occurred within the jurisdiction of the Gamdevi police station, Mumbai. He says that he will approach the Gamdevi Police Station and request it register the FIR concerning the incident or act, and as narrated in the petition. In the event that Police Station does not register an FIR, Tilak

He can approach the competent Criminal Court by a private complaint and request that Court to initiate such steps and measures as are permissible in law. We are sure that in the event the petitioner approaches the Competent Criminal Court, it will take necessary steps in accordance with law.
