1) This is a third bail application filed by accused Manik Lad. First bail application no. 1382 of 2014 was rejected on 05/08/2014. Subsequently bail application no. 1565 of 2015 was filed. The said application was withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application in case trial does not commence within 6 months.

2) It appears that witness summons have been issued. The learned Sessions Judge shall expedite the trial as far as possible and complete the recording of evidence as far as possible within 10 months from the date of framing of charge.
