Learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, submitted that in pursuance of the orders dated 19.08.2016 and 13.10.2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She, on further instructions, submitted that the amount of Rs.9,95,000/- has been seized from the applicant and, therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by the order dated 19.08.2016 is hereby hereby confirmed. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

The application is disposed off accordingly.
