By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 17th October, 2018, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial - I), by which Civil Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 4109 of 2018, came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' to 'c'.
