Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that with the assistance of jurisdictional police, already the illegal construction put up on the plot in question is removed by CIDCO. 2.

Learned Counsel for petitioner seeks demarcation of the area belonging to him as per the original allotment. Since the illegal construction is already removed, we direct CIDCO to put URS

2 WP 7446-14 @ CAW 366-17.doc-8 the petitioner in possession of the property alloted to him after demarcating the area, subject to payment of necessary fees, etc. by the petitioner.

The entire exercise has to be completed within four weeks from today.
